Remodeling or expanding an occupied home presents a totally unique set of challenges. We recognize that we will be in your home and that disruption to your lifestyle might follow. We are sensitive to that and have systems in place that serve to minimize those disruptions.

 

Before we begin construction we will ask you what time of the morning and evening the men can start and end their work day. We will ask if weekend work is acceptable or if you would like a break on the weekends. If you have guests arriving or some special event at the house during the project we will make arrangements to clean the jobsite to maximum effect so that the work area is presentable and enjoyable for guests to view. 

   

We use flooring protection, dust collection, trash removal, shoe booties and any other means necessary to protect and respect your home. We clean up the job site daily and adhere to best safety practices in the interests of our clients, our crews and our subcontractors. We do all of this because we know that excellent craftsmanship is not enough. Our clients and their families deserve excellent service and the highest degree of respect and consideration. That is what we strive to deliver with each and every interior renovation project.
