From the very beginning we work with each client to select a house plan or evaluate a house plan that they bring to us. We offer our advice and input based on our years of experience and our knowledge of good design, current trends, and cutting edge materials. We help develop construction specifications. Finally, we provide value engineering services to help keep the project on budget while incorporating the most cost effective, functional, high quality materials and workmanship.

Once construction begins we welcome each client to visit the site regularly to review and inspect progress. We constantly communicate to discuss any questions or changes that might arise. We coordinate with subcontractors and Code Officials to ensure constant forward progress. Ultimately, we deliver the project on time and within budget.
